Developed and manufactured by Shenheng Power, the S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly outdoor power distribution solution. It features ultra-low power loss, low operational noise and superior energy conversion efficiency, delivering remarkable energy-saving performance while reducing operational pollution. Different from conventional oil-immersed transformers, this upgraded fully sealed model eliminates the traditional oil conservator. It adopts a corrugated oil tank structure, where the elastic deformation of corrugated sheets automatically compensates and adjusts oil volume changes caused by temperature fluctuations.

The S11-M fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer is a premium three-phase outdoor power distribution transformer independently developed and produced by Shenheng Power. Optimized for outdoor grid operation, industrial power supply and civil power distribution scenarios, this series of transformers integrates low-loss core technology, silent operation design and fully sealed protection structure. It effectively solves the common pain points of traditional transformers, such as easy oil oxidation, frequent maintenance, high energy consumption and poor environmental adaptability. 1.High-Performance Iron Core

The transformer core is made of high-quality 30Z140 non-time-effect cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. Processed by professional George cutting lines, the core sheets feature burr-free cutting, flat surface and uniform texture. It adopts an integral pull-plate clamping structure, with upper and lower yokes firmly fixed by clamping plates to form a stable frame structure. Combined with precision hierarchical lamination technology, the design effectively suppresses no-load loss, reduces electromagnetic vibration and greatly lowers operational noise, achieving excellent low-loss and silent operation effects.

2.Reliable Winding Structure

The winding adopts mature and optimized structural design, with stable coil layout and uniform stress distribution, fully guaranteeing long-term operational reliability of the transformer. Strict production control ensures the inter-turn insulating electric field strength is no more than 1.6kV/mm, effectively preventing inter-turn breakdown and insulation failure, and improving the overall electrical safety margin of the equipment.

3.Optimized Integral Body Insulation

The main body adopts a mature and scientific insulation system, with strictly controlled axial insulation margins to eliminate potential insulation risks. Most components adopt integral multi-coil assembly technology, processed through constant-pressure evaporation treatment. This enables uniform coil shrinkage, low rebound rate, and significantly improved electrical withstand strength and mechanical stability. Equipped with laminated wood boards and thermoformed insulating cardboard, and fixed with pin-type compression structure, the winding maintains continuous and stable compression state to avoid loose displacement during long-term operation.

4.Reasonable Leading Wire Layout

All internal leading wires are scientifically arranged with standardized wiring routes, ensuring sufficient electrical safety distance and excellent mechanical strength. The overall circular wiring structure guarantees reliable plug-in and crimping connection, avoiding poor contact, wire loosening and other common faults, and improving the stability of internal circuit transmission.

5.Reinforced Sealed Oil Tank

The oil tank adopts a flat-top bell jar structure, which enhances the overall mechanical rigidity and impact resistance of the equipment, while presenting a neat and elegant appearance and simplifying on-site installation and maintenance. The top pipeline and bushing lifting support are designed with a gradient structure matching the gas relay, which facilitates smooth gas circulation and ensures timely and accurate fault detection. The tank undergoes professional vacuum oil injection treatment, with strict vacuum pumping test (759mmHg) and 24-hour overload oil pressure test (2 times of standard oil conservator pressure), achieving zero leakage and no permanent deformation. The structural design supports convenient disassembly and replacement of bushings and porcelain components. A drain valve is arranged at the bottom of the oil tank and a sampling valve in the middle, facilitating daily oil sampling detection and equipment maintenance. A centralized gas connecting pipe is fixed on the bushing support. The upper and lower oil tanks are fully welded as a whole to realize complete sealing and isolate external air and moisture.

6.Practical Oil Conservator

Equipped with a capsule-type oil conservator with pointer-type oil level indicator, the structure supports convenient internal cleaning and daily inspection. The tank capacity is scientifically calibrated to avoid oil overflow under full-load operation at 40℃ high temperature, and clear oil level display is guaranteed at -25℃ low temperature before operation. Matched with an oil-sealed moisture absorber, it effectively blocks external moisture and dust from entering the tank.

7.Complete Safety Protection Devices

The transformer is equipped with a standard gas relay that fully complies with ZBK41004-89 industry standards, realizing real-time monitoring of internal gas changes and early warning of potential faults. It is fitted with sufficient and reliable pressure relief devices and matched with downward oil spray pipes, which can quickly release internal pressure in case of abnormal conditions to avoid equipment damage and ensure operational safety.

8.Precise Oil Temperature Measuring System

A professional mercury thermometer bracket is reserved on the top of the oil tank, equipped with a high-precision temperature controller. All temperature measuring components meet industry standard accuracy requirements, and the configuration quantity and technical parameters can be adjusted according to tender and project demands, realizing real-time monitoring of equipment operating temperature.

9.Standardized Factory Prefabrication & Inspection

All transformer components are prefabricated, processed and marked in the factory in accordance with standardized procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth on-site assembly. Before delivery, the internal iron core and cavity undergo thorough cleaning and strict quality inspection to eliminate sundries and hidden quality troubles, ensuring every finished product meets high-standard operational requirements.
