The XGN66-12 series is a new generation of indoor high-voltage switchgear suitable for single-busbar or single-busbar-sectionalized systems. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings for power distribution, circuit control, protection, and monitoring. The switchgear can also be combined with ring main units in switching stations, making it a versatile solution for urban and rural grid upgrades.

Key Features & Structural Design

1.Compact Air-Insulated Design: The cabinet utilizes air insulation with no need for SF6 gas. Its volume is significantly reduced to approximately 50% of conventional switchgear, saving valuable floor space in electrical rooms.

2.Reliable “Five-Prevention” Interlocks: Equipped with a mandatory mechanical interlocking system between the main switch, disconnector, earthing switch, and cabinet door. This ensures reliable protection against misoperation, meeting the “Five-Prevention” safety requirements.

3.Flexible Configuration: The switchgear can be equipped with various vacuum circuit breakers and rotary disconnectors. It features a pressure relief channel to ensure personnel safety during internal arc faults.

4.Clear Observation & Maintenance: Observation windows on the doors allow operators to monitor the internal working status of components without opening the cabinet, facilitating safe inspection and maintenance.
